Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room

The Operating Room Registered Nurse Assistant Manager at Novant Health Medical Park Hospital has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with at least one (1) year of leadership experience in Surgical services, OR, PACU, L&D, critical care, emergency department, to join our remarkable team.

The Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager Registered Nurse will serve as a healthcare team leader by:

Qualifications:

Education: 

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
• Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience: 

• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred.
• Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: 

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.

Additional Skills (required): 

• Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
• Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
