The Student Team Member (STM) program is a year-round, part-time, paid internship program where you will have the opportunity to share your insights and have your voice heard in a collaborative and supportive environment while assisting our teams with driving execution on cutting-edge digital healthcare transformation related projects.

  • Education: Enrolled in an accredited college or university required.
  • Additional Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with making phone calls. Must be punctual, responsible and dependable. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficient typing skills. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy (many guidelines to reference and reconciliations to perform). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (position will work in MicroSoft Forms, MicroSoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel extensively). Flexibility and a commitment to Novant Health’s mission, vision and values. Must adhere to Novant Health standards and codes of conduct.
