Novant Health Mint Hill Family Medicine is currently recruiting a lead internal medicine or family medicine physician for their practice located in Mint Hill, NC. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, enterprising, experienced clinician interested in growing a practice, community engagement and driving quality care. A proficiency in operations would also be valuable. In partnership with the clinic administrator, the lead clinician will be responsible for creating and sustaining aligned clinic culture, reducing unwarranted clinical variation, financial planning, oversight of day to day clinic operations and driving strategic change. The lead clinician will also serve as the connection point for bidirectional communication between clinic providers and medical group leadership.

Novant Health Mint Hill Family Medicine has been providing care for 2 years. The office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, providing comprehensive outpatient care for patients from birth through adulthood. Average patient panel is anticipated to be 18-20 per day, per provider. Lab and x-ray services are done on-site.  

Mint Hill is located 20 minutes from Charlotte, NC.  The Greater Charlotte market offers attractive living with access to shopping, fine dining, plentiful outdoor recreation, professional sporting events, concerts, and cultural events, public and private schools, and universities.
