Overview

FT/PT Eligible up to $15k sign-on bonus - CC transport RN - Forsyth Medical Center

 

The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health.

 

The Critical care transport unit is where our RN's work with the interfacility transport of our critical patients.

 

Overview:

  • Utilize advanced technology, medication, and resources to provide critical care during transport
  • Work independently but also part of a group
  • Have the opportunity to use advanced skills such as EJ’s, Chest decompressions, quick trachs and intubation.
  • Our team provides seamless care from Pick up to destination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in appropriate state
  • Minimum two years critical care experience
  • PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NRP, ENPC
  • CEN, CFRN, CCRN, or CTRN within 1 year of hire

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred. 
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
