Clinical Care Partner-CNAII will coordinate and assist the provider and nursing to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.  Satellite office in Greensboro two days per week, and other travel as needed.

Colon & Rectal


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience, preferred. 
  • Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs or NA I + 4 Obtained at a Novant Health hospital, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with required state, required. 
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
    • Basic computer skills for documentation
