The Talent Sourcing Specialist creates, coordinates, and executes strategic recruiting initiatives in support of the Talent Acquisition Director(s) and greater Talent Acquisition team. The position will help identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future open positions. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will take on the initial contact and pipelining of talent and manage candidates up to the interview process. This position requires a keen knowledge of project management, talent sourcing, social media. This position requires effective communication with sourced candidates, persuading them to engage and then coordinating with Hiring Managers and the Recruiting Team alike to maximize their candidate experience. Ability to be self-directed, think critically, and achieve measurable results in a fast- paced environment is a must. You will drive sourcing strategy, including developing and executing talent attraction strategies such as email campaigns, lead generation follow up, and recruitment events. Additionally, you will identify market trends, obtain competitive intelligence, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components. The ideal candidate must be self-driven and able to successfully prioritize critical open roles and pipelines, demonstrating proficiency in data mining resume banks, job boards, and social media platforms to engage passive candidates.
