We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our OSCU-Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital to join our team!
Our Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital is seeking a nurse leader to fill the role of Assistant Nurse Manager for OSCU department. This department sees a broad variety of patients from Orthopedic, Surgical, and Trauma. Med/Surg and Orthopedic nurses equate well to this department. Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Unit/department specific required certifications.
- Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
