Certified Respiratory Therapist I (CRT) Super Pool

Novant Health seeks Certified Respiratory Therapist IIs (CRTs) in Winston Salem, NC. 

• Respiratory Therapists are eligible for a signing bonus up to $15,000 at qualifying locations.
• Relocation reimbursement up to $7,500 at qualifying locations.

Our Certified Respiratory Therapists serve as intricate members of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. Certified Respiratory Therapists utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey. CRTs accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. 

• Education: Diploma in Respiratory Care, required.  2 Year / Associate Degree, Associate in Respiratory Care, preferred. 
• Experience: 2 years in acute care experience, preferred. 
• Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required. ACLS, PALS, NRP, preferred. 
• Additional Skills (preferred): Previous applicable clinical experience.
