Overview

The Coordinator collaborates with the health team in all aspects of patient care. Provides formal and informal education for staff and facilitates patient education. Collaborates with nursing staff to facilitate patient care and with health management regarding appropriate discharge options, across the system. Collects and manages clinical, financial, quality, and disease specific care program data for STEMI patients, across the system. Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of recent/relevant clinical experience in acute care setting, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Certification as CNRN or SNRN, preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required): Strong grasp of data analytics including the ability to abstract, analyze data, and utilize data to drive performance improvement projects
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Critical care experience strongly preferred.
