Reporting to the Manager, Executive Search, the Executive Recruiter’s primary responsibility is to attract, source, and hire diverse talent into senior-level clinical and corporate positions. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full candidate lifecycle, from managing hiring manager relationships, sourcing, screening, and hiring for a high-quality pipeline of diverse candidates and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
This position will participate in varying degrees of recruitment operations, sourcing, strategic consulting, executive recruitment, workforce planning, candidate experience, and other areas, as needed. Strong relationship management skills that include listening and consultative abilities, the ability to establish credible relationships with executive leadership, and effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills are a must for this role.
