Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with acute care experience, to provide skilled therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate from an accredited PT assistant program required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT assistant license required.
