Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a Rehab Services Manager to provide leadership in achieving the ongoing quality, productivity, and efficiency of the department.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required. Graduate Degree preferred. Masters or Doctorate, related health field or administration.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in management preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: PT, OT, SLP or AuD license/certification required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Competent use of information systems and software used in area of responsibility. Knowledge of regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures. Basic knowledge of equipment used in performing assigned duties.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Demonstrate use of emotional intelligence; experience in behavioral interviewing or participation in team recruitment activities.
