Overview

Digital Products and Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute a cybersecurity incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

 

API Management and Development practice is a dynamic, fast-growing team that combines deep expertise with in-depth understanding of APIs and API Management, the value this provides, and the capabilities it enables in technology applications like mobile, microservices, and IOT. Qualifications

  • Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, Preferred.
  • Experience: Three Years related experience and/or training, Required. One Year Exposure to API Development solution architecture, Preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate, Preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Capable of understanding of modern ETL tools, database technologies, and practical adoption/implementation techniques.
    • Capable of performing root cause analysis on processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Capable prioritization skills with the ability to see a tasks to completion.
    • Capable in integration strategy including roadmap, architecture, governance model, and center of excellence.
    • Capable of building enterprise level API Management using tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or open source integrating with a Big Data platform as a hub.
    • Capable of working with enterprise standards of APIM keeping in mind HIPAA, PHI, and PII rules.
    • Capable of understanding digital strategy roadmap whose integral part will include the 3 levels of API (experience, process, and system).
    • Capable of designing and building Enterprise scale reusable internal and external facing API's.
    • Capable of building multi-channel/multi-tier architecture providing differentiated end-user experiences by leveraging mobile platforms such as smart phones and other personal computing devices.
    • Proficient in building integrations in Azure platform using Azure Functions, Azure Event Hubs, Azure FHIR Server or Azure App Service or comparable integration services.
    • Capable of writing code in 2 or more object function/object-oriented scripting languages including Java, Python, Javascript, .NET and C#.
    • Capable of designing and developing integrations HL7 or FHIR standard.
    • Capable of working with message queuing and stream processing.
    • Capable of contributing to designing and developing of scalable integrations using Event Driven Architecture patterns.
    • Capable of implementing DataOps or DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Additional Skills (preferred):
    • Capable of working with Mulesoft, Azure API Management/Gateway and other microservice solutions.
    • Capable of building CI/CD automation pipeline.
    • Capable of working with modern operations technologies (Docker, Chef, Kubernetes) and networking troubleshooting.
    • Moderate experience in Microsoft Azure cloud / Azure services.
    • Capable of working in a Multi/hybrid cloud environment.
