• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, computer science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field, required. Graduate Degree, computer science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred. 
• Experience: 6 years of experience in computer science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field, required. 
• Additional Skills (required):
  • 6+ Years of experience with
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with database programming languages such as SQL
  • Intermediate to advanced for data manipulation
  • Years of business intelligence experience
  • Years of project planning experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
