Respiratory Therapist-Lead

Novant Health is seeking a Lead Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to be responsible for supervising the day to day activities within the NICU Respiratory/Cardiopulmonary Department. (S)he is able to administer all aspects of respiratory care services in accordance with current policies and procedures to patients of all age groups. 

• Respiratory Therapists are eligible for a signing bonus up to $15,000 at qualifying locations.
• Relocation reimbursement up to $7,500 at qualifying locations.

Our Registered Respiratory Therapists serve as intricate leaders of the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.  Respiratory therapists practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, they perform intubations and insert a-lines. 

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BS/BSRT, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years as RRT in acute care setting, required. Previous supervisory exp, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered by National Board of Resp Care and current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
