Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/APP or physician.   • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, Required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience, Required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, Required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
