Product Manager III

Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. Product facilitator who guides cross functional teams in executing the principles of the Agile framework. Acts as a servant leader to the team, and facilitates planning, team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives, and adaptation of the process to ensure quality of team/solutions. Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities.  Responsible for removing impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given sprint.

Digital Products and Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute a cybersecurity incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

• Education: High School diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years in healthcare, required. Product/Project Management, preferred.
• Additional skills required: Business analysis, product/project management, or product development. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
• Additional skills preferred: ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent.
