Novant Health Pediatric Gastroenterology in Winston-Salem, NC has a full-time opportunity for a BC Pediatric Gastroenterologist to establish a practice within a rapidly growing Pediatric Specialty clinic.  This full-time position consists of outpatient clinic as well as coverage for consultations at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in the NICU. Initial start of the program will not include inpatient rounding responsibilities or admissions. Partnership with local children’s hospitals exists for pediatric surgery. There is also opportunity for outpatient procedures at Novant Health Hawthorne Outpatient Surgical Center which is only one block away from the outpatient clinic and currently offers pediatric procedures for other specialties, including experienced pediatric anesthesiologists.  There is full time inpatient and outpatient RN support and clerical staff within the clinic. Corporate dietician support is available currently with clinic based support to be added as clinic grows.  Educational opportunities exist through our collaboration with the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine.  Current specialties within the clinic are full time Pediatric Cardiology with Pediatric Urology and Pediatric Sleep Medicine presence biweekly.
