OB Hospitalist | NH Southeast Ob/Gyn | Matthews, NC

Novant Health Matthews Medical Center is seeking a board certified/board eligible OB Hospitalist physician to join their women's services team, and support the labor and delivery services at Novant Health Matthews Medical Center.  The position takes call for NH Southeast Ob/Gyn and NH Bradford Clinic at Matthews Medical Center.  The shifts are 12-hours, 7PM to 7AM.  Novant Health Matthews Medical Center provides patients with access to maternal-fetal medicine, pre-delivery obstetric rooms, lactation services, level II neonatal intensive care unit and a state-of-the-art infant security system.  The center serves women of all ages in Matthews and the surrounding communities, including Indian Trail, Mint Hill, Monroe, Waxhaw, Weddington, Pineville and south Charlotte.

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
