Look no further than #TeamAubergine! Our Perfect Match Program is designed with you in mind. Which unit within your specialty will be your Perfect Match? Here’s how it works:

  • Join Novant Health as a direct hire RN in your preferred geographic location
  • Rotate between multiple units within your specialty to determine the Perfect Match for you
  • Direct placement within your specialty to a Perfect Match unit within 6-weeks (or earlier if preferred)
  • Eligible for Sign on Bonus up to $15,000

Eligible Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of 1 year experience can rotate for a week at a time through different units within your identified specialty area (Critical Care, Intermediate, Women’s and Children, Adult Acute Care or the Emergency Department).

Throughout your Perfect Match rotation(s), you will experience different clinical units within your specialty, identify team dynamics and leadership style. Once you’ve identified your Perfect Match, you will be eligible for direct hire into a specific unit within your preferred geographic location in your specialty. Come explore today!

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Advanced certifications as required per facility, required.
  • Additional skills required: Appropriate customer service, effective and appropriate customer relations, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking and computer literacy. Advanced training as required by department.
