Family Physician

Novant Health Gateway Family Medicine is currently recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their practice located in Winston-Salem, NC. The practice has been providing care for 15 years. The office is open Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm, providing quality care that encompasses a patient's total health needs, from birth through adulthood.  Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20-25 per day, per provider. Lab and x-ray services are done on-site.

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
