Novant Health is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacy Acute Care who is committed to delivering optimal medication management across all dimensions of care, every time.

The Supervisor Pharmacy Acute Care serves as part of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health. The Pharmacy Supervisor accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

• Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree required. Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred. 
  
• Experience: Minimum of two years of hospital pharmacist experience and/or ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. 
• Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 90 days of hire by either examination or reciprocity required.
• Additional skills required: Other duties as outlined in facility policies and procedures. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed
