Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Care Partner to coordinate and assist the provider and nursing to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. Provides and documents clinical care and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/APP or physician.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience:  Two years acute experience for CNA 1, required. CNA2 or EMT, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs or NA I + 4 Obtained at a NH hospital or current credential for EMT in appropriate state required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with required state.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing. Basic computer skills for documentation.
