  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required
  • Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
