The Program Manager (non -supervisory) will be responsible for optimal performance of a designated department or facility. They will foster physician and community relationships, customer satisfaction, and teamwork within the facility in addition to daily patient care duties. The program manager will serve as model for best clinical practice and ensure adherence to best practices within their department or facility. The program manager will partner with the outpatient manager for optimal efficiencies for scheduling and meeting productivity standards.

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Experience: Minimum of two years experience in Outpatient as a licensed therapist, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required. CPR-BLS Healthcare provider, required.
