Overview

Novant Health is currently looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team!  Preferance given to applicants with 3 years of recent experience as a Talent Sourcer.  Applicants for this position can be located in NC, SC, GA, VA, LA, WY, NV, OK, FL, IN, MS or AL

 

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates to build pipelines for current and future open positions. You will be responsible for understanding staffing needs and developing proactive and innovative talent sourcing strategies. This includes being responsible for performing advanced sourcing through multiple mediums, internal and external databases, and through networking with: associations, universities, community agencies, social media, and referrals.

 

This position requires a strong blend of consultative recruitment experience with keen knowledge of talent sourcing, social media, and communication best practices. Ability to be self-directed, think critically, organized and achieve measurable results in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Required.
  • Experience: Three years in recruiting or similar Human Resources role, Required.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements (required)
    • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Determines the attraction and recruitment strategy for nursing, allied health and non-clinical roles while ensuring alignment to business objectives.
    • Experience managing social media campaigns, placing social media advertising, and managing programmatic job advertising.
    • Provides activity updates and recommendations to P&C leadership, greater TA team and internal stakeholders regarding sourcing projects.
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Novant Health.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with a view of inclusion and belonging.
    • Action oriented, willing to do what is needed in order to move projects forward in an organized manner with consistent execution.
    • Advanced experience with MS-Office, particularly MS Excel, Power-Point, Word.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred):

    • Intellectual depth, moral integrity, personal vision, creativity, leadership skills, fortitude, sincerity, and diplomacy.
    • Bilingual in Spanish / English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project, and Visio.
