Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, required. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, prior.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, preferred. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
