Novant Health is seeking a License Practical Nurse. PNRT LPNs are experienced and proficient within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency or women's services). PNRT LPNs demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. They exhibit a strong commitment to professional nursing standards and inter-professional collaboration. These LPN's are early adopters of Novant Health systems, technology, and workflows. Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
  • Experience: One year of relevant experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification:  Appropriate state LPN license, required.
  • Additional skills required:  Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills, time management.
  • Additional skills preferred: Hospital experience preferred.
