Overview

Radiolgy Technologist are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

The Lead Radiologic Technologist will provide leadership and is responsible for the effective ongoing quality, productivity, and efficiency of the Radiology Department. The Lead Radiologic Technologist will assist in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures. The Lead Radiologic Technologist will spend 95% of time in direct patient care.

Qualifications

  • Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required.
  • Experience: OR Experience; Minimum of two years Diagnostic Radiology experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography – RT(R) required. Applicable state licensure as, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, equipment used in performing assigned duties, and information systems. Possesses abilities in team building, decision making, and conflict management. Able to perform and assist others with procedures and direct workflow. Exhibits leadership by providing compassionate, remarkable care, coupled with a positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work with others. Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
