Overview

This program is designed to develop, inspire, and prepare students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. This 10-week, unpaid program will introduce participants to some of the major functional areas of our business and provide meaningful opportunities to engage with talented leaders across our system. The intern will gain valuable insight into various administrative departments within the chief of staff’s office to support Novant Health’s strategic goals and mission. This role will be up to 20 hours a week.

 

The program will run from September 9th to November 15th.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, required.
  • Experience: 1 Year experience, preferred.
  • Additional Skills Required: Ability to use a variety of software packages such as Microsoft and Outlook in support of business practices.
  • Essential Functions:
    • Must be available for the 8-week program, starting .
    • Must easily be able to commute to NH locations, primary the Greater Charlotte Market.

    • Must have the ability to travel from site to site.
