Overview
Responsible for handling outbound and inbound dialer phone calls for acute and physician guarantor accounts. Process financial assistance applications. Handle bankruptcy notices and estates. Handling of old collection accounts of Novant subsidiaries. Vendor management. Invoice and follow up on non-patient related revenue.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 2 years collections or customer service, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, medical billing, claim forms, and federal and state regulations concerning medical billing required.
- Good communication and organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
- Typing skills.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Ability to work as a team player.
