Overview

The ER Specialist provides project coordination and support the Employee Relations team and the organization. This position will execute and monitor initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates visible momentum.  The ER Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the processes for Employee Relations. Must be adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Required. Graduate dgree, preferred.
  • Experience: 2 Years relevant Experience, required. Budget Management, related healthcare industry, communications, and/or human resources experience required; experience may include coordinating large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required):          
    • Advanced experience with MSOffice, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
    • Proficient with one or more of the following tools, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Infor, PowerBi, Tableau.
    • Experience analyzing budget data with attention to accurate data and calculations.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with a view of inclusion and belonging.
    • Analytical, consulting, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Action oriented, willing to do what is needed in order to move projects forward in an organized manner with consistent execution.
    • Strong digital fluency.
    • Relationship management skills that include listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.
    • Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
