Overview

Role will report to the Sr Director Network Development, under leadership of the VP Network Development and Growth.

 

Primary responsibilities include management of the Novant Health growth plan, which identifies 36-month physician growth targets to be achieved through recruitment and retention. This will include developing a deep understanding of growth target calculation methodology, developing an ongoing tracking process to ensure progress against targets, and escalating delays or barriers as they arise.

 

Role will partner with Institute Physician Leaders to define recruiting plans at the sub-market and sub-specialty levels, and with recruitment and affiliations functions to execute on growth plan and ensure collaboration with physician leaders.

 

As a part of ongoing growth plan tracking, role will be responsible for developing and distributing detailed report-outs on growth progress and market analysis to key stakeholders including Institute Physician Leaders, Market Presidents, and other stakeholders across Novant Health.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 year / Bachelor's degree, required. Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Analytics, preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years, required. Minimum 7 years experience in managing teams/projects with significant complexity and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Additional Skills (required): Basic understanding of utilization of Microsoft Suite. Proficiency with Excel. P&L expereince.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Background in healthcare management. Experince with presenting to and working closely with senior leadership. Background in working on time sensitive projects.
