Overview

The Manager, CRM & Marketing will develop and execute compelling, integrated digital marketing campaigns and strategies, across digital channels including website, digital media, social media, email, SMS, mobile app, etc. focused on both desktop and mobile experiences. Ensure these campaigns and strategies add value and connect with our targeted audiences including patients, consumers, and physicians in meaningful and effective ways. Responsible for overseeing and managing a team, the Manager, Digital Marketing develops and drives a comprehensive digital marketing program. The team member is responsible for maximizing the team’s performance, delivery, hiring, and training, ensuring that all work is completed in an accurate and timely manner and evaluating personnel on their performance. The Manager, Digital Marketing will be the Digital Marketing subject matter expert, working closely with cross-functional marketing and communication teams to understand overall business goals and strategy, analyze audience needs and identify opportunities within the market. The ideal candidate brings a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing capabilities, bringing creative thinking on update-to-date strategies and tactics to manage goals. Monitoring industry and channel trends will be important to keep Novant Health current and relevant in marketing practices. They should be analytically minded, very organized, able to manage multiple projects at once and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree-MBA, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum four years in digital marketing, paid media, CRM, website management, digital design, etc, required.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Classical training in consumer marketing, with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment in digital marketing, segmentation, and targeting.
    • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive within a dynamic team environment; flexibility and adaptability is critical.
    • Track record of outstanding listening/evaluation skills; must possess strong communication, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
    • Models behaviors and sets the tone that mission and values guide decision-making in the business unit.
    • Exemplifies honesty, integrity, fairness and trust; has passion for his/her work; creates a climate in which people want to do their best; delegates appropriately; flexes decision making style based on the situation.
    • Accountable for campaign goals and monitors measures to assure outcomes support strategic initiatives.
