Overview

Reporting to the Director, Executive Recruiting, an Executive Recruiter’s primary responsibility is to attract, source, and hire diverse talent that reflects the communities that Novant Health serves into senior level positions. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full candidate lifecycle: from managing hiring manager relationships, sourcing, screening, and hiring for a high-quality pipeline of diverse candidates and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.  A successful candidate will have (1) strong relationship management skills that include listening and consultative abilities, (2) the ability to establish credible relationships with senior executives, and (3) effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor's degree in human resources management; business administration or related field, required

Experience:  Minimum of five years of experience in corporate or executive recruiting including recruitment or recruitment support or human resource required

  • Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
