Overview

The Supv Lang/Cultural Ser Corp Administration makes sound, well-informed, and objective decisions; perceives the impact and implications of decisions; commits to action, even in uncertain situations, to accomplish organizational goals; cause change. Additionally, conducts huddles to engage and communicate important daily operational goals and establish excellent rapport with Acute and Ambulatory care leaders. Provide support to department’s Senior leadership when needed. Evaluates and consolidates information into reports and presentations as required by situation; presents information for review, discussion, and/or approval. Supports department planning processes by collecting, extracting, analyzing, reporting, and presenting market information, such as demographic, geographic, programmatic, clinical indicators when applicable and financial information. Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with team members at all levels of the organization to promote employee satisfaction. Projects excellent customer relations in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare discipline or Business, required.
  • Experience: 2 Years in a similar position or healthcare operations/ Bachelor’s degree must be completed in 2 years from starting date, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to manage projects while maintaining expected timelines and quality standards. Financial prudence. Invoice auditing and vendor supervision. Strong written and oral communication skills. Mastery of the scheduling and operations software, Microsoft Office suite or similar programs including word processing, presentation, spreadsheet (Excel mastery) and forms. Demonstrate above average ability in organization, time management, superior communication skills, teamwork project management and systems thinking. Heavy telephone and computer utilization. Clear and easily understood telephone voice. Must adapt to stressful new, unusual, or unprecedented situations. Requires frequent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of authority. Effective critical thinking skills. 
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Production of monthly reports from scheduling, billing, and other software to support management.
