Overview

The Foundation CRM System Administrative Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Salesforce NPSP, Apsona and other 3rd party applications or App Exchange packages as needed. The system manager will maintain all administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layout, reporting, dashboard creation and automation. This role will partner with the Sr. Director on all contract renewals and explore new technology integrations and customizations to grow the business. This role will require a full understanding of all job duties of the operations team and the ability to perform other functions when needed. The CRM System Administrative Manager will work closely with the leadership team to build out reporting that supports the Foundations strategic initiatives and needs. This role will be responsible for creating and documenting procedures within the Operations team and will work on process improvements with the Operations Manager. The CRM System Administrative Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of Operations and will provide support to the Foundation Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.  
  • Additional skills required
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess risk, identify and address issues and prioritize.
    • Ability to understand the needs and interests of leadership and major gift donors and proactively create process improvements.
    • Strong analytical skills and robust knowledge of all aspects of the Foundation.
    • Salesforce Certified.
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and articulate platform roadmap and priorities.
    • Ability to take initiative and to manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Self-starter who is results-oriented.
    • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
    • Ability to respect confidential information.
    • Must present a positive image through professional business attire.
    • Ability to develop relationships with other leaders and team members across the organization.
