Responsible for assisting providers with optimization and improvement strategies for all practice workflows, projects, and initiatives related but not limited to Dimensions Ambulatory EHR. Provides field support for provider education, new organizational initiatives, and enhancement of the provider experience. Collaborates at all levels with NHmg practices, Corporate Departments, especially IT and Dimensions Training and Education. Focuses on identifying and supporting best practices, safety and compliance to maximize the patient experience.
 
Optimization front-line support for all ambulatory clinical team members and physcians and APP's, On Call for Dr Dimensions emails and requests, Site visits and customization support for physicians and APP's

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required. Current RN licensure in appropriate state, Required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years clinical experience in healthcare industry, Required. Preferred Minimum two years’ experience with EMR Ambulatory experience.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, Required
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully deal with a number of tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to communicate with technical teams, providers, leaders and end users. Creative and strong problem solving skills including the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Ability to research, test and implement solutions. 
  • Travel to NHMG practices and/or sites is required. Attendance of on-site meetings during and/or after hour times may be required.  Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Epic PM and EHR. Experience with working with physicians and APP's
