    The Revenue Cycle Process Support Associate role exists to provide support to specific revenue cycle system applications and processes. To develop skills necessary to analyze and report data discrepancies. To monitor and provide support to end users and customers in the areas of Revenue Cycle Applications. Including analysis of customer and business objectives and documentation of requirements. Must understand the core functionality of the application or process and understand the applications role within the Revenue Cycle continuum of care. Competent to consider most business system implications of the application to the business environment.



    • Education: High School Diploma required.   Associates Degree preferred.
    • Experience: One year of Revenue Cycle Systems/Business Operations Experience preferred.
    • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Additional Skills/Requirements required: Self-motivated and willing to learn. Open-minded to try, adapt, embrace and implement new ideas, technologies and changes. Ability to understand and document systems and workflows at a conceptual and modular level. Capable of working independently both with and without close supervision. Ability to work non-standard and extended hours. Ability to participate in, engage and support/assist on call resources to resolve problems at any time. Assist others in isolating and resolving routine problems. Inform management of deficiencies, vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. Ability to communicate effectively with all customers (technical, non-technical, vendors, contractors, consultants, etc). Ability to drive/travel to other facilities/locations as needed.
