The Revenue Cycle Process Support Associate role exists to provide support to specific revenue cycle system applications and processes. To develop skills necessary to analyze and report data discrepancies. To monitor and provide support to end users and customers in the areas of Revenue Cycle Applications. Including analysis of customer and business objectives and documentation of requirements. Must understand the core functionality of the application or process and understand the applications role within the Revenue Cycle continuum of care. Competent to consider most business system implications of the application to the business environment.
