  • Overview

    Provide leadership for the successful operations and overall performance in a defined geographical area of Novant Health Rehabilitation Services.


    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and Doctorate preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of seven years in field with three in a supervisory/management experience in healthcare required.  
    • Licensure/certification/registration: NC license for PT or OT or SLP or audiologist required. CPR, BLS required.
    • Additional skills required: Extensive experience and clear understanding of project management concepts as related to the project management information system rendering the ability to mentor users with planning and implementation questions. Prior experience as MS Project and Portfolio Server administrator in a medium to large enterprise environment. Proven track record as a technical expert using and administering MS Project Professional, MS Project Server, MS Project Portfolio and SharePoint Services and/or MS SharePoint Server. In-depth knowledge on developing reports and dashboards. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) both internally with team members and leadership. Relationship management skills that include excellent listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
