Novant Health is seeking to employ a Central Scheduling Supervisor to oversee all schedules under the supervision of managers in connection with location of schedule and assistance of other supervisors. In addition, you will be responsible for completing and maintaining team member schedules according to the needs of the business and patient flow, volumes, and financial status. Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare. Healthcare and scheduling experience required. Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
  • Additional skills required: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic accounting and medical terminology required. Knowledge of regulatory and third party payer requirements to ensure compliance. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
  • Additional skills preferred: Experience in operating personal computers and printers preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.).
