Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Local Nursing Resource Team to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.  Let Novant Health be the destination for your professional growth. 

 

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Local Nursing Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market based, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facility. These CNA’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in 3 facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) market.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
  • Experience: One Year in an acute hospital setting required.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: Good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry as NAI required.
  • Additional Skills Required: Basic computer skills for documentation. De-Escalation Techniques.
