Starting November of 2022 we will also be serving patients post bariatric surgery. These patients will be 24 observation with BMI of less than 55.  We have a heart failure navigator who provides exceptional education to our newly diagnosed heart failure patients and to provide reeducation to chronic heart failure patients.  Nurses, certified nursing assistance, and medical unit receptionist work together to ensure patient needs are met. We work with case management, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, a nutritionist  and other ancillary depts. to provide the remarkable patient experience.
