COVID-19 Requirements

We are committed to keeping our team members, patients and communities safe and healthy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Novant Health is requiring all new hires to receive the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine series—either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or the single dose Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine—prior to their first day of employment. New hires must also receive the second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine within 30 days of their first day of employment (unless they received the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine prior to employment). Vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment unless a faith-based or medical exemption is approved.
