2.Prepares, assembles, and cleans scopes, instruments, equipment, rooms for procedures according to established protocols.
3.Performs routine clerical functions and data entry in scheduled procedures, filing procedure data and ensuring accuracy of patient identification.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Professional Registered Nurse based on appropriate nursing standards, policies and procedures. Functions under that ANA Standards of Practice and adheres to the guidelines of the NCBON.
